MMH Continues To Expand As Thad Blenke Joins MMH’S Electrical Practice Group As Associate

Miller, Matthias & Hull LLP is pleased to announce that Thad Blenke has joined Miller, Matthias & Hull as our newest associate.
Thad earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and a law decree from Valparaiso University School of Law. Thad is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
While attending Vanderbilt, Thad was part of a select group of students who designed a missile guidance system for the Unites States Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). During law school, Thad spent a summer working for the German patent firm, Zimmerman & Partner, where he gained valuable experience working on oppositions, appeals and office action before the European Patent Office (EPO). After law school, Thad volunteered for patent clinic of The John Marshall Law School and the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to joining MMH, Thad worked for Neal Gerber & Eisenberg, where he worked on covered business method reviews, inter partes reviews, domestic and foreign patent prosecution and patent litigation. Thad’s practice at MMH will focus on both electrical and mechanical patent prosecution.
